Westwaters are an enthusiastic and proactive firm of accountants that offer individuals and businesses advice on tax, accounting or general financial issues. The practice builds lasting relationships with their clients and develops a sound financial plan for their businesses. Westwaters is keen to always be leading the way in the financial industry and they continue to implement the latest technology and drive improvements in processes to make sure all client requirements are dealt with effectively and efficiently.

The Challenge

Westwaters came to Virtuoso having a clear ethos of the firm they are – not only one that provides expert advice, but one that can truly demonstrate benefits to  businesses with the services they provide; helping them to grow. They were also very keen to let their customers know that they are approachable however at this point their website did not reflect their ethos and vision and they were not utilising marketing tools to reach out and engage with existing and potential customers.

The Solution

After developing a full integrated marketing and brand development strategy, we developed a brand new website for Westwaters, making sure the design and content was consistent with their brand identity. Social media channels were set up and bespoke designs used to ensure all were visually impressive. Targeted email marketing campaigns were mapped out and bespoke designs used for the templates. We integrated a blog into their website so they could keep their clients up to date with relevant material.

The Result

All aspects of the design work firmly move Westwaters away from the usual perceptions of professional service businesses such as law and accountancy firms. The website is inviting and gives the firm an approachable and friendly identity whilst maintaining a professional appearance. The social media channels and use of email marketing provide Westwaters with a variety of ways to communicate and engage with their customers and to further establish their brand identity. Regular blog posts help to further establish Westwaters as an expert in the financial industry and help to improve website traffic.
